Parting is such sweet sorrow…
A line from the play, Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. Juliet is saying goodnight to Romeo. Their sorrowful parting is also “sweet” because it makes them think about the next time they will see each other.
And that is how I will forever think of my time here at My Vamp Fiction…
I started on MVP June 2011 and did my first posting in July. I was a nervous wreck. I had long admired this site and was an avid follower. I was in love with the paranormal genre and the site was so well rounded and offered so much that when they posted they were looking for staff, I thought, why not? I would love to be a part of them. A nervous wreck, but completely thrilled when I was accepted.
It was on MVP that I honed my writing skills and also learned how to do a good review as well as bad review. The ladies here were always there to offer guidance and support whenever I was stuck.
A family. My super natural family.
So with that, thank you for having me. Thank you for your support and guidance. Thank you for welcoming me in to your home.
Though saddened, I take wonderful memories with me and will always think sweetly of our time together.
We are happy to have had you as part of the family! *hugs*
